NEIL CAVUTO: We’ve got Scott Martin here, who’s also quite swift.

SCOTT MARTIN: Back in the day, maybe, like 20 years ago. High school hero. Now, I’m just walking and running to fast food places. That’s pretty much it.

CAVUTO: That’s right. Tacos, I guess.

MARTIN: I suppose today might involve pizza. Perhaps Burger King pizza.

CAVUTO: Yeah. By the way, all those food-related stocks are under pressure because of Zantac and other drugs. They might cut into their sales, and it’s being seen as catastrophic. What do you think, Thin Man?

MARTIN: Thin Man — They’re the Tin Man, I’m the Thin Man. It’s definitely going to affect the fun. I love eating out, and now I’m starting to worry about these restaurants.

CAVUTO: But the fear is that those who keep these places open may not enjoy it as much. They might not be as hungry as they used to be.

MARTIN: What about people who prioritize food over weight loss? For some, going out to eat is a significant event. These weight loss drugs change your perspective and appetite, altering your whole approach.

CAVUTO: I think there are other things in life that matter.

MARTIN: Odd, right? It’s like, what else could matter besides a burrito supreme or a Baja Blast freeze? Some of this hype might be overstated. Not everyone will embrace this new health regimen. I’m all for health, but I don’t exercise regularly or sleep well, occasionally scaring myself awake.

CAVUTO: My life is somewhat akin to a smart aleck’s approach.

MARTIN: Oh, gosh, I can’t.

CAVUTO: They say 10,000 steps a day. Cavuto.

MARTIN: Impossible.

CAVUTO: But, you know, when many in the medical community vouch for its efficacy and Medicare might cover it, it seems like a game-changer, yet you’re skeptical.

MARTIN: Sure, it might improve health and lifespan, but what about missing out on all those amazing fast foods?

CAVUTO: Exactly.

MARTIN: What’s the point of living if I’m not spending time with Neil Cavuto eating various styles of pizza?

CAVUTO: Someday you’ll be my age, buddy, and then you might think differently.

MARTIN: Catching up, but to me, there’s more to life than sacrificing meals.

CAVUTO: I hear you loud and clear.

MARTIN: Enjoy yourself. Indulge.

CAVUTO: Do you think these stock drops are an overreaction? The Oreo CEO seems pretty confident.

MARTIN: Absolutely. In fact, we’re both saying it.

CAVUTO: He doesn’t anticipate any impact, isn’t concerned.

MARTIN: I agree. Old habits die hard. Maybe a weight loss drug could work both ways—losing weight while still relishing good food.

CAVUTO: Perhaps, eating less but still enjoying it could actually increase consumption.

MARTIN: Exactly. Those who were hesitant to dine out might become new Taco Bell customers.

CAVUTO: Scott Martin, you have a great sense of humor. It’s a valuable trait in life.

MARTIN: Mission improved.

CAVUTO: Scott Martin brings a lot of humor to the table. That’s all we need in life. Alright.
