Last Tuesday, the 21st, marked another VPCI V Bottom, a short-term capitulation signal. This is the second VPCI V bottom within 40 days of each other, an extremely rare VPCI W Bottom occurrence.

 

Capital Weighed Dollar Volume has found support and has bounced back off of lower levels. The broad market capital flow trends remain down but deeply oversold.
